Online Returns Procedure

All purchases made through Good Hand UK Ltd are subject to our terms and conditions and our returns policy as outlined below.

All return of goods must be notified to Good Hand UK within 14 days of receipt, prior to their return. Our sales team will forward a copy of our returns form, this must be signed and included with any returned goods. We are unable to accept any goods without a valid returns form. Goods must be returned within 14 days of an issued returns form. Any returns outside the outlined returns window may be rejected or be subject to a restocking fee.

All special build parts including pneumatic presses are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been raised with manufacturing. For further information on this please speak to a member of our sales team before your purchase.

Unwanted goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Failure to do so may result in refusal of credit. Return of goods may be subject to a restocking and handling fee.

Good Hand UK would strongly recommend all returned products are sent by means which show a tracking number to ensure receipt. Good Hand UK cannot be liable for loss or damage of any goods in transit.
